  • To add users to your Sonix account, you need to be on an active Premium or Enterprise plan.

  • You need to be the account owner or have an admin role.

  • The Standard plan is limited to a single user.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your account and on your homepage or dashboard, click the "Add User" button.

2. Enter the new user's name and email address, and select their roles. Their permission level will depend on the role selected.

3. Click "Invite New User via Email" to send the invitation.

4. The invited user must check their email, accept the invitation, and set a password. If they don't receive the invite, advise them to check their spam folder.

What should I do if the invitation email is not received?

If the invitation email is not received, first verify that the email address is correct. Next, ask the user to check their spam folder, as the email may have been filtered there. If the user still hasn't received the invitation, you can resend it to ensure they get the necessary information.

Why can’t I add a new user?
