Alternatively, you can go to https://my.sonix.ai/account/subscription/edit to update your payment method.
Once your card is updated and the payment succeeds, your access will be automatically restored.
This option is only available if your subscription is still active. If it has been canceled, the "Pay Now" option will not appear.

On your dashboard, look for and click the “Pay Now” button.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the card entry field.
Enter your new payment details and click Pay Now.
The system will automatically process the payment.
If successful, your Sonix account will be unblocked immediately and you’ll regain full access.
