Open your preferred web browser and go to the Sonix login page.
Go to your “My Account” settings in the Sonix dashboard.
Select “Cancel Subscription.”
Click “Cancel My Subscription.”

Common Issues and Troubleshooting
Why can’t I see the Standard Plan option when I cancel?
That’s expected behavior. After cancellation, your account reverts to trial status at the end of your billing cycle. Once you purchase hours, you’ll automatically be placed on the Standard (pay-as-you-go) Plan.
Why can't I access the original media files?
If you didn’t purchase the storage plan after canceling, you won’t be able to access the original media files. You will still be able to view your transcripts and play the media within the editor, but accessing the original files won’t be possible.

If I subscribe to the monthly plan, can I cancel anytime?
If you subscribe to Sonix on a monthly basis (month-to-month), you can cancel anytime. There is no annual commitment.
Can I still transcribe after I cancel?
Yes, you can continue transcribing files until your cancellation takes effect. Any charges incurred during this time will be billed at the end of your billing cycle.
If I opted for the storage plan upon cancelling, can I still purchase hours on the Standard plan?
Yes, but only after your current billing cycle ends and the cancellation has taken effect. At that point, you’ll be able to purchase hours on the Standard (pay-as-you-go) Plan.
Will I be required to pay upfront if I choose to purchase the storage plan?
No. You’ll be automatically billed on your usual billing cycle using the same payment method from your Premium or Enterprise plan.
