Yes, you can!

You can add words & phrases to a dictionary in your account and those words & phrases will always be transcribed that way.

Just highlight the word or phrase, change it to what you want, and then add it to your Custom Dictionary by clicking the "book" icon. 

You can also find the Custom Dictionary on your home page in the right nav.
