Important Note

Nonprofit organizations, students, and faculty members can apply for discounts directly through the Sonix website. To check eligibility and learn how to apply, visit: https://sonix.ai/discounts.

Education or Non-profit Discount Offer Expiration

  • Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email with your discount offer. The email will include an expiration date, which is 14 days from the issue date. It is strongly encouraged to activate the discount ahead of the expiration to avoid issues with the set up.

  • Currently, the discount expiration is only visible in the offer email. You won’t find them in the Sonix app so make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email after applying.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

I can’t remember when my discount offer expires. What should I do?

Refer to the original communication that included your discount. Expiration details are typically stated there. If you can't find this information, contact our support team for assistance.

I'm having trouble using my preferred payment method for a discounted plan. What should I do?

At this time, we only accept credit cards for discounted plans. Other payment methods are not supported.

What if I forgot to claim the offer within the set period?

If you were unable to claim the offer within 14 days after it was issued, please reach out to our support team. We will review your case and assist you accordingly.

I just found out about the Education or Non-profit discount. Can I change my subscription and get a refund?

Yes, we can update your subscription to include the Education or Non-profit discount. Please note, however, that we are unable to refund any charges incurred prior to the application of the discount.

Can the Education or Non-profit discount program be discontinued?

Yes, we reserve the right to discontinue the discount program at any time in cases of chronic abuse or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program ends, existing approved accounts will continue to receive their discounts, but we will no longer issue new discounted or free accounts.
