Step-by-Step Instructions

How to Enable AI Analysis Settings

  1. Log in to your Sonix account.

  2. On the Home page, locate the ‘AI Analysis Settings’ on the right pane.

  3. From the dropdown, select one of the following options:

    • YES — Automatically analyze all uploaded files after transcription.

    • NO — Disable automatic analysis (you can manually start it later).

  4. Click ‘Save AI Settings'

How to Enable Email Notification

  1. In the same section, check “Automatically send me an email with the analysis” if you want email notifications.

  2. Click ‘Save AI Settings’ to confirm.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

Why didn't I receive an email after my analysis was completed?

Email notifications are only sent for individual files. For folders, open the folder in Sonix and click AI Analysis to view your results.

What should I check if my analysis didn’t run automatically?

Verify that AI Analysis is enabled on your Home page settings. If it’s set to NO, you’ll need to run it manually.

I can’t find my AI Analysis results. Where are they?

For individual files, open the file directly to view results. For folders, open the folder and click the AI Analysis link at the top.
