The trial minutes count against the total duration of uploaded media. For example, a 35-minute file will consume all 30 trial minutes. To receive the full transcript, you’ll need to purchase additional credits or subscribe to one of our plans. Otherwise, you’ll only receive a partial transcript that fits within the 30 free minutes.
The free trial lets you try standard transcription features, such as speaker labeling and transcript editing. Other features, such as alignment and burning in subtitles, also count toward your available trial minutes and are subject to applicable usage limits.
Transcription and translation consume minutes separately. If you’ve used up your trial minutes on transcription, you’ll need additional credits or a paid subscription to translate your transcript.
AI Analysis is available for three attempts during the free trial. To continue using it, you’ll need to subscribe to a Sonix plan.
AI Workspaces are not available on trial accounts. A paid Sonix subscription is required to access AI Workspaces.

Why can't I translate my transcript after transcription?
