  • Sonix is fully automated and does not manually deliver transcripts via email or download links.

  • You must log in to your Sonix account to view, edit, or download transcripts.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Sonix account at https://my.sonix.ai.

  2. After logging in, you will be directed to your Sonix Home Page.

  3. All transcribed files will be listed here.

  4. Click on any file name to open, edit, or download the transcript.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

Why can’t I see my transcript on the Home Page?

If you can’t see your transcript on the Home Page, it’s possible that you're logged into the wrong Sonix account or used a different email address when uploading the file. Another possibility is that the file upload or transcription process didn’t complete successfully.

Why am I having trouble accessing the Sonix Home Page?

Will Sonix email my completed transcript?

Sonix does not email the transcript itself, but you will receive an email notification once your transcript is complete. You can manage your notification settings by updating your email preferences under ‘My Account > Update email preferences.

Can I download my transcript?

Yes. After selecting a transcript on your Home Page, you can export it in various formats like TXT, DOCX, or PDF.

How long are my transcripts stored in Sonix?

Your transcripts are stored in Sonix as long as you maintain an active subscription. Sonix does not automatically delete your files or transcripts after a certain period, so you can continue to access and manage your content without any time limit—provided your subscription remains active.
