If you no longer need your Sonix account (Free Trial or Subscription), you can delete it directly from your account settings. Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated files will be permanently deleted.
Important Notes
Permanent Deletion: Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your files cannot be retrieved.
Download Important Data: We recommend downloading any files you wish to save before deleting your account, as all existing data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
No Email Requests: For security reasons, account deletion requests cannot be processed via email.
Admin Access Required: Only Admins on the account can delete accounts.
