Pricing is based on the duration of your audio or video file (per minute or hour), not how long it takes to transcribe.
Transcription, translation, and re-alignment all use the same credits included in your plan.
All pricing is prorated to the second, so you only pay for what you use.
Our pricing structure includes a monthly or annual subscription with a set amount of included credits, which can be used for transcription, translation, and re-alignment. Any usage beyond the included credits is billed at $10/hour, or $8/hour under discounted pricing (e.g., educational and nonprofit rates). Burn-in subtitles are included at no extra cost on subscription plans, but will still be charged separately on the pay-as-you-go plan.
