Sometimes copying and pasting the URL from your browser will include other parameters (like a playlist or channel data) that can cause our system to download and transcribe the wrong video.

Please use the URL that YouTube provides with the "Share" function on the YouTube page.

Simply click on "Share" next to the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. Then, you'll see a pop-up with the URL that you want to copy and paste into Sonix.
