If you're a Sonix user wondering if you can add new users during the billing cycle, we've got you covered.

Here's how it works: Sonix bills you in advance for your existing users, but you can add new users to your account at any time. If you do decide to add a new user in the middle of a billing cycle, no worries! We'll just charge you a prorated amount at your next billing cycle for the number of days left in the current billing cycle.

For instance, let's say you're currently subscribed to our Premium Plan and you add a new user 15 days into a 30-day billing cycle. Don't fret, we won't charge you for the full month for this new user. Instead, we'll charge you for only half of the month for the new user's 15 days of use.
