  1. Log in to your account and on your homepage or dashboard, click the "Add User" button.

  2. Enter the new user's name and email address, and select their roles. Their permission level will depend on the role selected.

  3. Click "Invite New User via Email" to send the invitation.

  4. The invited user must check their email, accept the invitation, and set a password. If they don't receive the invite, advise them to check their spam folder.

  5. A prorated charge will be calculated based on the number of days left in your billing cycle.

  6. This charge is processed immediately upon confirmation.

Removing a user does not trigger a refund because the account has already been billed for a set number of seats for the current billing cycle. At the start of your next billing cycle, the system will automatically adjust the number of seats based on the current number of active users to ensure accurate billing moving forward.
