How to Set Up the Zoom Integration:
In Sonix, go to the Zoom Integration section (right-side menu).
Click Connect to Zoom and authorize Sonix via your Zoom account.
Set your default meeting language and choose a folder in Sonix to store transcripts.
Toggle Automatically transcribe new Zoom meetings if desired.
Click Save and Apply to activate the integration.
How to Transcribe Existing Zoom Recordings:
Any cloud recordings already in Zoom will show up in the Sonix Zoom folder.
Click Transcribe next to a recording to start transcription.
Once ready, click See Transcript to review it in Sonix.
How to Uninstall the Integration:
Log in to Zoom and visit the Zoom App Marketplace → Installed Apps → Sonix.
Click Uninstall to remove the integration.

Why don’t my Zoom recordings appear in Sonix?
Ensure your calls are recorded to the Zoom Cloud, not locally since Sonix only accesses cloud recordings.
How do I stop automatic transcription if I change my mind?
Go to the integration settings in Sonix, turn off Automatic transcription, and save.
What should I do if the transcription isn’t starting?
First, verify Zoom recordings are in the assigned folder. If “Transcribe” isn’t working, try re-authorizing the integration or reconnecting Zoom.
