You can translate a transcript by clicking the "Translation" drop-down menu. When the translation is completed, you can navigate to it by going to the original transcript and then clicking on that very same drop-down menu "Translations".

Said another way, your translations do not show up on your home folder view. They are located with the original transcript under the "Translations" drop-down.
