If you prefer to upload your voice memo to Sonix from a regular PC browser instead of your phone, you have a couple of options. You can save the recording to Google Drive or Dropbox. If you have a Mac, you can also AirDrop the file directly from your iPhone and then easily find it when you upload.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

My iPhone voice memo isn't working, even though it's supposed to be in a standard format. What could be wrong?

While rare for iPhone voice memos, the file might be corrupted or in an unusual format. Sonix typically handles standard audio formats like M4A (the default for iPhone voice memos), so if you're experiencing issues, it's worth checking the file integrity.

The "Share" option isn't working on my iPhone for a voice memo. What are some solutions?

If the "Share" option isn't working on your iPhone, try restarting your iPhone. Also, make sure you have sufficient storage on your device for the memo.

I'm getting upload errors when trying to use Sonix. What troubleshooting steps can I take?

If you're experiencing upload errors on Sonix, first check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or contact Sonix support for further assistance.
