Common Issues and Troubleshooting

Why can't I upload my SRT file?

Ensure your SRT file is properly formatted. Each subtitle block must include a number, a timestamp, and the corresponding text. Improper formatting can prevent upload.

Why is the SRT not syncing with the audio?

If the SRT timestamps don't align with your media file, the subtitles may appear out of sync. Double-check the timestamps in your SRT file to ensure they match your audio or video.
