Switching from a Recurring Plan to Standard:

  1. Log in to your Sonix account and visit your account page.

  2. Go to the Billing & Usage section.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

  4. Allow your current billing cycle to complete—your account stays active until the end date.

  5. Once your subscription expires, you can continue using the service by purchasing transcription hours on a pay-as-you-go basis under the Standard Plan.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. You will not be charged again once the plan expires.
